Welcome to CrossFit Utah Valley

We believe that everyone can benefit from CrossFit no matter their age or current physical abilities. We provide workouts that encompass the 10 General Skills of Fitness which are; Cardiovascular, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Every day the workout is a little different, you won’t get bored and will actually look forward to coming to the gym!

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is group training.  We provide a structured workout program that includes coaches in every class.  We start each class with an organized dynamic warm up to prepare you for the upcoming workout.  We will review any necessary movements.  Everyone will start the workout together and then finish at their own speed.  The coaches do not do the workout with you, they are there to keep you safe, give you some encouragement, and push just a little harder than you think you can go.  We promote a positive and encouraging workout environment.  You don't have to worry about being yelled at or talked down to.  You can expect the class to be 1 hour long from start to finish.

Community

The community aspect of CrossFit is its greatest strength. We bond during our workouts. This atmosphere will push you harder than you ever thought possible. We sweat together, get stronger together, and encourage each other every step of the way.

Programs

While we believe that everyone can benefit from CrossFit, we also understand that there are different needs for different individuals, that’s why we offer a variety of programs. We have classes for beginners, ladies, kids, teens, classic CrossFit, CrossFit as a sport, Olympic lifting classes, specialty clinics, and even personalized training/programming. Whatever your goal, we can get you there! Whether you are a looking to lose weight (a little or a lot) and get in great shape or someone looking to make CrossFit their sport and compete locally, qualify for Regionals, or beyond. We have a program for you!
