A) Back Squat
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
work up to a 1 rep max.

now that the open is over we are going to start
getting strong again. we will begin a new squat cycle next week and this
max will be the staring point. if you are not able to make it to the gym
today please find some time this week to max out.

B) 6-9-12-9-6 reps for time of:
Bar facing Burpee
Overhead Squat 135/95
Chest-to-bar pullup

There will be no Kids or Teens classes this week because of Spring Break.  Teens may come to adult class if they wish.  Remember that we also are no longer having the 9pm class until further notice.
