Minute 3 – 2 Burpee Box Jump-Overs + 12 Pushup

Immediately followed by…

B) Five rounds for time of:
6 Dumbbell Thrusters 50/35
6 Handstand Push-Ups
12 Pushup
12 Burpee Box Jump Overs
