Row for Max Distance
Complete 1 burpee over the rower on the first minute,
2 burpees over rower on the second minute, 3 on
the third and so on, until you fail to complete the
required number of burpees in the minute. Row
after you complete burpees, until top of next
minute. Score total distance

There will be no open gym hours today.   Normal classes at 8 and 9am.  Weightlifting class at 8am.  Come and get better at the clean and jerk.
