21 Handstand Push-ups
14 Deadlifts 205/145#
7 Front Squats 205/145#
Scale weight as needed. This is designed to be a pretty heavy weight, particularly on the front squat.
We will be doing a benchmark lift on Wednesday and a workout on Friday. Also we are adding a gymnastics class. We plan to do this on Thursday nights from 7-8 pm. More info to come later. We will have a sign up sheet at the gym for people who are interested.
We also are planning to add some OPEN GYM hours during the week in addition to the two hours we have already added on Saturdays from 10-noon. Please let us know if you have any comments or suggestions on how you think we can improve the gym. Thanks for being such a great community!
