20 minutes to find 5 rep max back squat then,
1x5 @95% and 1x5 @90%
Try to increase weight from last Monday.

Tabata
Hand Release Push-ups
Double Unders
Sit-ups
Box Jumps 24"/20"


Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed
by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are
push-ups, the second 8 are double unders, the third 8
intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals
are box jumps . There is no rest between exercises.

We are erasing the leader board that is currently hung at the gym and starting fresh. We will complete a benchmark every Friday starting this Friday until the board is full of new names. You must do the workout with the class on the day it is done to be eligible for the board.  Make-ups will not be allowed.  Please show integrity when scoring your workouts.
