Work up to a heavy, but not maximal double. Try and
increase load each minute.
We are erasing the leaderboard and starting fresh.
We will complete a benchmark every Friday until
the board is full. You must do the workout with the
class on the day it is done to be eligible for the board.
Make-ups will not be allowed.

We will be adding 2 hours of open gym time every Saturday from 10-noon. There will be coaches there during open gym hours. They will be working out, but will be available to help if you need assistance. Come in and have some fun with us. Snatch wars anyone? Jake accepts all challenges.
