A) Every 2 minutes for 14 Minutes (7 sets)
Snatch + 2 Hang Snatch + 3 OHS
Work to a max for the complex.  Powers are allowed but not required.
Score heaviest set. If you fail any part of complex you must
start the complex over for a successful rep.

B) 3 Rounds for time of:
5 Ring Muscle-ups
10 Cleans 135/95
20 Box Jumps 24"/20"

CHRISTMAS WEEK SCHEDULE:

MON-WED: NORMAL CROSSFIT.  NO KIDS, NO WEIGHTLIFTING

THURS: 8am and 9am CROSSFIT ONLY
