MONDAY: Normal CrossFit.  Kids at 10am.  Teens with adults

TUESDAY:  Normal Crossfit.  

WEDNESDAY:  Normal CrossFit.  Kids at 10am.  Teens with adults.  No weightlifting

THURSDAY: 8am and 9am only

FRIDAY:  CLOSED

SATURDAY:  9am CrossFit.  10-12 open gym.  Competitors 10am.
