We will be running two heats in each class.  You will workout in one heat and judge in the other heat.  If you require an extensive warmup, show up early and do it.

10 DB Hang Clean & Jerk 35/20 (5 each arm)
14/12 Calorie Row

If you have already done 18.1 and don't plan to redo today you will do this.
