With a 26 Minute running clock:
A) 6 Minutes to establish a 3 rep max Thruster

B) AMRAP in 14 Minutes of:
11 Burpees over Bar
9 Toes to Bar
7 Thruster 95/65

C) 6 Minutes to establish a 1 rep max Thruster

Optional ROMWOD is 44 minutes

This Saturday we have several members participating in a couples competition at Provo CrossFit.  We invite all to come support.  Starts at 9am and will most likely last until about 5pm.
