Open Workout 12.4 and 13.3
AMRAP in 12 Minutes of:
150 Wallball 20/14 ("Karen")
90 Double Under
30 Muscle up
The first part of this open workout is the benchmark "Karen"
Please note your time for the 150 wallballs as a separate
workout for the leaderboard. Remember to make the board
you must log your score on train heroic.
We will be pairing people up today so you can experience what it is like to be judged during a workout. For the Open each workout must be done with a judge. Judge has two responsibilities: count reps and ensure standards are met. We will talk more about this at the start of each class. Don't stress out about it. It will be fine.
David Yang has guaranteed me he will do 150 wallballs in a row. Anyone else going to challenge him?
