The OPEN starts this week.   The first workout will be announced on Thursday night.   Make sure to sign up this week if you want to participate in the in house competition.  You will be assigned to a team and will complete one workout a week for the next five weeks.  It is open to everyone.   Talk to a coach if you have questions.
