Remember these workouts are meant to be hit with extremely high intensity.  Be safe and have fun.  I strongly encourage you to take the time to do ROMWOD daily if possible.

We are placing a new order from The Cow Share. We are doing it a bit differently this time. Ground beef is $4.37/lb including tax. You will pay for your order when you place the order online. Orders can be taken between now and February 9th at midnight. Ground beef will be delivered immediately, all other packages will come on the 27th. Let us know if you have questions. Meat will be delivered to the gym. Anyone can order, but pickup only.
