Open Workout 14.2 and 15.2
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats 95/65
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete
both rounds
Score total reps

Remember these workouts are meant to be hit with extremely high intensity.  Be safe and have fun.  I strongly encourage you to take the time to do ROMWOD daily if possible.

Ground beef is $4.37/lb including tax. You will pay for your order when you place the order online. Orders can be taken between now and February 9th at midnight. Ground beef will be delivered immediately, all other packages will come on the 27th. Let us know if you have questions. Meat will be delivered to the gym. Anyone can order, but pickup only.
