Complete the following with a partner
40 Man Makers 50/35
40 Dumbell Box Over 50/35 20"
80 Dumbbell Snatch 50/35 (alternate arms)
80 Walking Lunge 50/35 (carry like a farmers carry)

You are NOT allowed to drop dumbbells from overhead.    If you drop them from overhead you will stop and do 10 burpees before resuming the workout.  This is a gym rule.
