A) DB Snatch Practice
10 Minutes to work on variations of the DB Snatch. This may include
doing them from the ground or from the hang as well as squatting.
Try and work up to a heavy snatch on each arm

B) 5 Rounds for total reps:
1:30 Max Rep Single Arm DB Power Snatch 50/35
1:00 Max Rep Double Under
:30 Max Rep Handstand Pushup
1:00 Rest between rounds
Scale HSPU with Hand Release Push up
