Labor Day Schedule
8am and 9 am classes only. 10am to noon OPEN GYM.
We will be squatting Tuesday this week instead of Monday.

5 Wallballs 20/14
3 Handstand Pushups
1 Power Clean 225/155
*40 MINUTE TIME CAP
The power clean is designed to be HEAVY. Scale as needed.
Any style of clean is allowed if it means you can go heavier
and with better form.
