With 5 minutes available at each of the following 5 stations, perform your best in the following things:

Station 1 - Max rep unbroken bench press in one set @ 135/95    Score total reps 

Station 2 - As many sets of 30 unbroken double unders as possible   Score total sets   

Station 3 - 500M Row for time

Station 4 -Max height PVC jump (walking into is allowed)   Score in inches 

Station 5 - max distance farmers carry 50/35    Score in feet  

*You may start at any of the stations you'd like.   All athletes must rotate at the 5 minute mark
