In Teams of 4:
Row 10000 meters for time.
Rower must switch every 500m.
Non rowers must rotate through the following stations.
10 Burpees
15 Wallballs
20 Box Jumps

Person A starts on rower and rows 500m. B starts on burpees.
C on Wallball and D on Box jumps. Each person must finish all work
at their station before switching. Person A now rotates to burpees,
B to wallball, C to box jumps and D to rower. Workout finishes once
the teams rower reaches 10000 meters.

 

Romwod is 20 minutes today.  We are not doing it as a class but I post the time so you can plan ahead if you plan to do it.
