1 Mile Run (switch anytime)
5 Rounds of 10 Pullup (alternating rounds)
2000m Row (switch anytime)
5 Rounds of 10 Box Jump 24/20 (alternating rounds)
50 Burpee (switch anytime)
each person will complete 5 rounds of each movement alternating with a
partner (50 total reps). together you will complete the bike, run, row and burpees between
each 5 round section
