*For each over under you will set up a band
across the squat rack and go over and under
the band. You choose the height. 

There will be 2 hours of OPEN GYM time today from 10-12 after the 8am and 9am classes today.  If you want to get better at weightlifting, don't forget about weightlifting class at 8am.
