Max Air Squat in remaining time
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
Score total air squats.

We are starting a weekly Gentle Yoga class on Thursday nights from 7:30-8:30pm.  The class will be led by Farrah Petersen.  It is free for all and is part of the Yoga Recycled movement.

Class Description:

Glide through a series of gentle poses that will stretch all parts of the body while relieving stress in muscles and joints.  You'll leave this class feeling nurtured, mindful and rejuvenated.  Appropriate for all levels. 

Starting Monday June 27th we are doing an 8 week lean out challenge.   For more info contact dallinliveandlean@gmail.com.   Weigh ins will take place at the gym all day Monday.  Bring cash when you weigh in.
