Our annual Hero Week kicks off this Thursday. This tradition is very special for the gym and is our way of celebrating and honoring the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. It is a very challenging week. We will do a Hero workout every day starting on June 27th ending on July 4th. We encourage you to make it to as many workouts as you can. Drink lots of water and get lots of sleep. Scale the workouts as needed.
