Hero Week starts Wednesday.   Every year we do 7 hero workouts over a weeks time ending on the 4th of July with "Murph"    Hero week will kick off on Wednesday.   We have had some trouble getting the design done for the Hero shirts, but hopefully we can start taking orders this week.
