With a running clock:
0-10 Minutes
1600m run + Max Ground to Overhead
10-13 Minutes
Rest
13-20 Minutes
800m run + Max Power Snatch
20-23 Minutes
Rest
23-27 Minutes
400m run + Max Thruster

You choose the weights used. Score it total
weight lifted. If you choose 100# and use that
for all three parts and do 10 reps on each part,
your score would be 3000. You can change
weight at any point during the workout.
