A) Front Squat/Back Squat
Explanation: You will complete 7 front squats at
65% of your max front squat, followed immediately
by 13 back squats at the same weight. You will
only rest between the front and back squat as long
as it takes to rack the bar and unrack it on your
back. Rest as needed between sets.
B) AMRAP in 7 Minutes of:
10 KB Swings 53/35
10 Hand Release Push up
