Thursdays during the Open will be used mainly for recovery.
You can come in and do the ROMWOD or do the workout
below at a slow and steady pace.

AMRAP in 40 Minutes
30 double unders
30 lunges
30 RKB (light)
30 hand release push ups
30 sumo deadlift high pull (light kb)

*1 mile run at minute 15

Don't forget about the Friday Night Lights Throwdown Friday night at 7pm.  Some of the best of the best of Utah County will be present throwing down doing this weeks Open workout.  Come and do the workout or cheer.  It will be HUGE and a lot of fun.
