A) Back Squat
work up to a 5 rep max
then 1x5@95% and 1x5@90% of 5rm

B) 3 Rounds for time of
20 Hang Power Clean 95/65
20 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65
*5 burpees if the bar touches the ground at any point from start
to finish. this includes between movements and between rounds.
