"Filthy 50" 

For time:

50 Box jump, 24/20*
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 35/26
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45/35
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

We are making a small change to the Achievement Board.  There will now be a level 1 and level 2 standard.   Level 1 will be harder to achieve, but both levels will earn your name on the board.  Level 1 standard for Filthy 50 is sub 18 minutes and Level is sub 23 minutes.  Enjoy!

*step ups are allowed but you must jump to make level 1 board.
