A) 20 minutes to find 3 rep max Back Squat
then, 1x3 @95% and 1x3 @90%

B) Complete the following for time:
21 Wallballs 20/14
21 Power Snatch 95/65
21 Plate Burpees
21 Box Overs 20"
21 Thrusters 95/65
21 Toes to Bar

 

Congratulations to Vicki, Drew, Berg and Whitney on representing our gym so well this weekend at their competition in Pleasant Grove.  If you see them at the gym make sure to give them a high five or two.  

Hopefully everyone has been able to sign up for a Train Heroic account.  I would really like everyone to start using that so we can get all the bugs worked out ASAP and see if it's something we want to keep using as a community.  I am looking into some other similar programs so let me know what issues you come across.   As always, we are open to suggestions on how we can make the gym better.   Thanks for being so awesome.
