Don't Drop The Baby
In Teams of 2:
100 Calorie Row/Bike
200 Double Under
100 Push-up 
200 Russian KB Swing 53/35
100 Thruster 45/34
Resting partner must hold a 53# KB (your baby)
If the KB touches the ground each person must stop and do
10 burpees each before resuming work.
Movements may be done in any order but you must finish
all reps of each movement before moving on to next movement.

We will have some refreshments to celebrate the pregnancies of Shantai and Sheridan
