Complete with a partner at a moderate pace  

AMRAP in 15 minutes of: 

Partner 1: Bike at consistent pace  

Partner 2: 5 strict pull-up + 10 push-up + 14 lunges  

rest 1 minute  

AMRAP in 15 minutes of: 

Partner 1: Row at consistant pace

Partner 2: 5 burpee + 10 step up 20” + 40 single unders

Switch after partner 2 completes a round

stay moving at same pace throughout.
