Don't forget about our weightlifting class on Wednesday night at 5:30 and Saturday morning at 8 am.  This is a great opportunity to fine tune your snatch and clean & jerk.  We don't have a lot of time to cover these movements in detail during class so please take advantage of these classes to learn more about these very technical movements.  

Also please take advantage of our open gym hours on Saturdays.  The gym is open from 10 to noon for you to come in and work on anything you want.  Come in and do some bench press or some bicep curls to keep that beach body looking tight.
