AMRAP in 13 Minutes of:
55 deadlifts 225/155
55 wall-ball 20/14 to 10/9 foot
55-calorie row/bike
55 handstand push-ups
OR
55 deadlifts 135/95
55 wall-ball 20/10 to 9 foot
55-calorie row/bike
55 hand release push-ups

This is another repeat of an open workout from earlier this year.
Try and do the workout the same way you did it in the open if
you participated in it.

This Saturday from 10am-1 we are hosting a Snatch Clinic taught by Jessie Bradley.   This clinic is free for members and $25 for non-members.  Do not miss this.  Weightlifting class at 8am, comp class and open gym hours on Saturday are cancelled this week.  

We are now taking pre orders for winter apparel.  Hoodies and Joggers are unisex and are $35 each.  Sign up at the gym.  Payment will be taken upon delivery.   Samples will be at the gym this week so you can make sure to get the right size.
