8 bar facing burpee

8 chest-to-bar pull-up
OR
25-ft. front rack walking lunge 45/35

25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping pull-up

THANKSGIVING WEEK SCHEDULE:
Monday: Normal
Tuesday: Normal
Wednesday: Morning normal. 4:30 and 5:30pm ONLY
Thursday: 8:30am ONLY
Friday: 8 and 9am ONLY
Saturday: 9am ONLY
No weightlifting classes this week. No kids/teen on
Wednesday or Friday. No comp class on Saturday.

Pre orders for winter apparel are due today.  I am making the order on Tuesday.  All sizes are available at the gym for you to try on.  Make sure you try them on and get the proper size.  $35 each.  Payment due upon delivery.
