In teams of 2 complete
AMRAP in 12 Minutes of:
100 wallballs 20/14
100 toes to bar (scale 150 situps)
300 double unders (scale 250 bar hops)
as many burpees over bar as possible
once clock hits 12 minutes team will have 10 minutes for each person to establish a 1 rep max deadlift.
score is reps + max deadlift weight
Only 70% of male deadlift weight will be added to total score since we will have teams of different genders.
