A) Bear Complex
Power Clean + Front Squat + Shoulder to OH + Back Squat
+STO = 1 rep. Must complete all 5 reps without dropping
bar. Score total of weight used on each set. You may do
all 4 sets at same weight or increase/decrease at anytime.
Movements may be combined.

B) AMRAP in 4 Minutes
Bear Complex @ 50% of heaviest set from part A
Must complete entire complex without failing any part for
the rep to count. Score total reps.
