EMOM for 20 Minutes of:
Minute 1: 10 Bench Press
Minute 2: 10 Burpee
Minute 3: 10 Shoulder to Overhead
Minute 4: 10/7 Calorie Bike/Row
*you choose the weight for the Bench and STO but must use the same weight for all sets.
sets do not have to be unbroken. you must complete all required reps to achieve RX.
score is weight used for bench + weight used for sto. for example is you use 150 pounds
for the sto and 300 pounds for the bench press your score is 450 and you need
to stop benching and start working on your shoulder to overhead.
