AMRAP in 25 Minutes of
10 Push Press 115/85
10 KB Swing 70/53
10 Box Jump 24/20
Alternate movements with a partner. Partner 1 does 10 pp
then partner 2 does 10 pp, then partner 1 does 10 kb swing
and so on.
Score total reps

There will be open gym Saturday from 10-noon.  There will be a group at the gym during this time filming for a YouTube video.  Be aware that you may be in the background of the video.  Due to copyright issues with YouTube, there will not be any music playing at the gym while they are filming.
