We are starting a new squat cycle next week. It is imperative that
you find your max back squat this week. If you are not able to make
it to the gym today, you will need to find a day this week to find your
max. All the squats from the upcoming cycle will be based off your
max you set this week. Squat must be done today to be eligible
for the leaderboard
