With a running clock....
On minute 0-4-8-12-16:
Back Squat, Heavy 3 rep
On minute 2-6-10-14-18:
Hang Power Snatch, Heavy 3 rep
At the call of 3,2,1 go you will have two minutes to squat.
When the clocks hits 2:00 you will then have two minutes
to snatch. You will continue in this manner until you have
completed 5 sets of each exercise.
You choose the weight. You may increase or decrease
weight at any time. Score squats and snatches
separately, each for total weight.
We will be hosting our third installment of Friday Night Lights this Friday night at 7pm. It will be a $10 buy in, winner takes home the pot. The workout will be one of the workouts from the CrossFit Games Open. The workout will be chosen randomly out of a hat. The workout will be unknown until the night of the event.
