Choose A or B.  You may have time to do both is you choose.

A) 4x3 Bench Press
4x3 Shoulder Press
use same same for all 4 sets.  heavier than last week

B) 4x200m Run with 1 minute rest between each
rest 3 minutes
3x300m Run with 1 minute rest between each
rest 3 minutes
2x400m Run with 1 minute rest between each
goal is consistent speeds on each distance. try and increase pace as distance increases.
