A) 5 rounds of:

:40 Max Effort 6′ Target Burpees

:40 ME Hang Power Snatch 95/65
:20 Rest

*Rest 2 minutes between A and B.

B) 5 rounds of:

:40 ME HR Push-ups
:20 Rest
:40 ME Sit-ups
:20 Rest

Score total REPS from part A and B separately.

AWOD use 135/95 for HPS and do GHD Sit-ups.
